Annie Mooradian is the consummate of Real Estate Professional! When we interviewed potential Real Estate Agents in Harbor Springs Annie took the time to explain the current market and developed a marketing plan to sell our home. None of the three other candidates came close to her drive and expertise. Annie provided us with sales comparisons and let us know that to be competitive we had to price our home correctly. Annie was our real estate agent for 2 sales and a purchase in less than 12 months. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She gave us advice on what fix ups needed to be made before selling to the point of going to the store and helping us pick out paint! On our second sale, we had offers coming in within hours of listing the property. The only bad thing is that because she found our forever house we won't be able to work with her again! We recently sold a home with Annie as our agent. She saved us money in reviewing with us (before listing) items that we should and should not "fix up." We would have done more than she recommended (i.e. spent more money) had we not consulted with her first. And, the icing on the cake was that she sold our home for well over our asking price. We have used Annie on three of our properties we were buying and selling (one in northern Michigan and two in the Detroit area) and it was a great experience having her be our realtor. Before Annie we had two other realtors that proved to be a very bad experience for my wife and I.
