MEET ANNIE & PAUL
LIFELONG NORTHERN MICHIGAN RESIDENTS
Both Annie and Paul have spent their entire lives living the dream here in northern Michigan. From spending summers on the lakes and enjoying million dollar sunsets, to skiing and exploring all that winter brings to northern Michigan.
Keystone Real Estate was established in 1989. Using their knowledge and talents, Paul and Annie created popular neighborhood developments such as Hardwoods of Harbor, Forest Ridge, Meadowview Farms and Keystone Commercial Park. They also built the former Pellston Holiday Inn across from the Pellston airport.
Building long-term relationships with our clients is our top priority. We are on-site to help with all aspects of real estate sales, development and management.

Annie has an eye for the details and has her hand on the pulse of what buyers are looking for and is able to assist sellers in exactly what areas will bring them the highest and best return. Annie spent 25 summers growing up on Walloon Lake along with dinner and sunsets on Glenn Drive, in Harbor Springs.

Paul has a well rounded understanding of how the real estate market works in northern Michigan. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a little different perspective that most real estate agents. From land developments, both residential and commercial, to serving as the chairman of the West Traverse Planning committee, Paul can help guide you through any scenario regarding real estate in the Harbor Springs, northern Michigan area.
OUR FAMILY
Annie & Paul have been married over 27 years and made the easy decision to raise their family in northern Michigan. They have two daughters that graduated from Harbor Springs.
In the winter months they enjoy skiing as a family and they all participate in some recreational ski racing. The summer months are spent between their family cottages on Walloon Lake and Lake Michigan.
